Two New Apartment Project in Singapore

2lxgv4hHousing and Development Board (HDB) of Singapore has launched two new projects Build-To-Order (BTO). A total of 1050 units will be offered is Boon Lay Jurong West and Grove in the Floral Spring @ Yishun. Most of these apartments have a unit with four and five rooms.

HDB said 95 percent of four-five bedroom apartment units will be sold to the buyer first. Units with four rooms at Boon Lay Grove sold for between 239 000 – 287 000 Singapore dollars. While the five-bedroom units sold between 298 000 – 358 000 Singapore dollars.

In Floral Spring, with four bedroom apartment units sold between 219 000 – 262 000 Singapore dollars. While the five-bedroom apartment units were sold at between 289 000 332 000 Singapore dollars.

In a release Wednesday, the HDB said that as many as 6132 new apartment units offered for sale by the BTO in the first five months of this year.

A total of 2400 apartment units other BTO in Punggol and Sengkang will be launched next June. HDB added, it plans to launch at least 12,000 units of new BTO flat until September this year. And this will be the projects that spread across the territory of Singapore.
