The Highest Apartments in the World in Mumbai, India

Lodha Group is headquartered in Mumbai will build 117-story skyscrapers in the area of 17 acres (68 796 square meters) in Lower Parel in the heart of the city. 2lxgv4hHousing and Development Board (HDB) of Singapore has launched two new projects Build-To-Order (BTO). A total of 1050 units will be offered is Boon Lay Jurong West and Grove in the Floral Spring @ Yishun. Most of these apartments have a unit with four and five rooms.

HDB said 95 percent of four-five bedroom apartment units will be sold to the buyer first. Units with four rooms at Boon Lay Grove sold for between 239 000 – 287 000 Singapore dollars. While the five-bedroom units sold between 298 000 – 358 000 Singapore dollars.

In Floral Spring, with four bedroom apartment units sold between 219 000 – 262 000 Singapore dollars. While the five-bedroom apartment units were sold at between 289 000 332 000 Singapore dollars.
